1. Product Introduction of the M type segment diamond core bit
Our M type segment diamond core bit makes core drill working very efficient. Laser welded segments - segments are attached to the tube by laser welding to minimize the risk of segment loss. In the meantime the complete barrel guarantee a good concentricity. We have different recipe of segment according to different application. We have various size from diameter 10mm until Diameter 1000mm. We can drill reinforcement concrete, hard bricks, even steel . Widely used in angle grinder, drilling machine, electrical drill and hydraulic equipment. Both OEM and ODM are available.

The Segment length 24mm/0.935” Working length 400mm/16” Segment width 3-5.0mm/0.118-0.165” Over length 450mm/18”. We can produce the diamond core drill with customer required size.

The Segment height could be 10mm. The core bit thread is 1/2BSP, 1-1/4UNC or 5/8-11. BSP TOOLS Special length and segment shape are available which is according to the customer request .
